My typical client is a K-12 student, parent, or college student who is having difficulty with some aspect of their life. I can help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, special education, learning difficulties, and behavior concerns. However, I also enjoy working with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or general life stress. I can help you capitalize on your strengths to overcome these challenges and lead the life you desire. It's about getting you to where you want to be, and if you're not sure where you want to be, I can help with that too!
My goal is to help you feel better. Society puts all sorts of pressure on us to act, feel, or think certain ways. I want to help you discover who you want to be and get there. This looks different for every person, as it should!

Galvin Growth Group
Galvin Growth Group is a diverse practice of therapists with specialized backgrounds, including children & adolescents, adults, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD & executive functioning, alcohol and substance abuse. We do psychological evaluations as well. Many of our therapists have a background in K-12 education, they help children thrive both in school and in their personal lives. Some therapists specialize in working with adults, including individuals, couples, and adults with addiction issues. Our approach is integrative and includes techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, client-centered therapy, behavioral approaches, and motivational interviewing.
