I work with women, children, teens, and couples. I know that life is challenging and sometimes you need someone to come alongside you to help you learn to navigate the storms that life can bring. I help clients mend the wounds of the past, develop positive coping skills, and engage in stronger relationships.

I primarily work with a client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and giving them space to explore and process their struggles. I often incorporate the use of Sandtray and IFS/parts work in sessions to help clients begin to understand their inner system. Currently, I do not offer evening sessions.

I realize how much courage it can take to reach out and I am humbled and honored by every client who has asked me to join them on their journey. I also realize that choosing a therapist is overwhelming and not always easy. In our first session, we can discuss whether we are a good fit and if not, I can try to refer you to someone who will be.
