I help individuals 14+, and couples manage stress, anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are balancing work, school, parenting, and the mental load that comes with it—or are used to handling everything on their own. Together, we focus on practical tools, boundaries, and helping you feel more steady, clear, and like yourself again.
