My approach is rooted in authenticity, and I am committed to creating a safe space where we can have honest conversations about life's challenges. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, and couples issues. I use evidence based approaches to help my clients develop coping skills and improve their overall wellbeing. As your therapist, I will provide both a listening ear and guidance.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and recently, Animal-Assisted Therapy. Guess what? My adorable dachshund, Reese, is even getting training! He’s my office buddy on my workdays, and he’s here to cheer you up (if you’re up for a friendly cuddle).
