At Beyond Therapy I take a holistic approach to treating clients by concentrating on healing and strengthening from the “inside out!” I offer services to treat clients at all phases of life. I want to help you be your ”best self” by addressing every unique emotional and physical need. I treat adults, couples, adolescents, as well as children and families. I utilize several treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to meet the specific needs of my clients. Therapy will focus on the here and now, helping clients to move forward!
I am also the co-owner of Beyond Rooted Therapy which includes many specialized contracted providers & includes Personal Wellness/Fitness Programs (goal setting), DBT skills training/coaching,Yoga, Mindful Awareness, as well as Parental Supports including healthy boundary setting, and guidance navigating educational supports for school avoidance, IEP & 504.
