Are you, your child, or teen experiencing challenges with emotions, behavior, or social skills? If so, let’s talk. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 + years of experience working in the mental health field. Helping people work toward positive change is what I love, and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anger, low self-esteem, and with working in the foster care system. My husband and I are blessed to be parents through adoption, and I enjoy working with adoptive families.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the creative processes of play and art activities, I assist with building emotional awareness, healthy coping and problem-solving strategies, and increasing self-esteem and social skills.

I strive to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, and I want to collaborate with parents when working with children. Integration of faith into counseling is available for those who request a Christian perspective. My mission is helping, and I believe that kindness and empathy help make the world a better place.
