I take a collaborative approach to assist with symptom relief, healing, skill building, and recovery so you can live the life you desire with freedom, balance, confidence, and fulfillment. I have experience working with clients suffering from addiction, mental health crises, and dysregulation symptoms due to various stressors. I am best suited to working with adult and adolescent clients. I use empathetic and direct communication with clients to help them feel comfortable while challenging their growth.
I complete a thorough assessment and then collaborate with each client on an individualized treatment plan to determine what will work best for the client. I take an integrative approach to help suit each client with their needs and goals for therapy.
I check in about once per month on progress towards goals, then take a collaborative approach to adjust as necessary. I assist clients in processing barriers and stressors while developing healthy coping skills so they can eventually succeed on their own, regardless of circumstances.
