I am a licensed psychologist with experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, reactions to trauma/life stressors, and social/behavioral difficulties. In addition, I am experienced working with clients living with ADHD, bipolar disorder, autism, autism and life transitions. Special interests of mine are sleep disorders, health anxiety, male victims of sexual abuse, and general wellness coaching.
My practice is a judgment-free zone. I borrow from a range of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based, positive psychology, and solution-focused therapies. I enjoy working with individuals and families who are committed to improving their life situations.
