Transformation from surviving to thriving: as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), military veteran, and sports coach, I help people navigate painful experiences, overwhelming emotions, burnout, performance pressure, and relationship challenges. Therapy is your safe space to unpack what feels heavy, build resilience, deepen insight, increase curiosity and self-compassion, and create meaningful change in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. You do not have to do this alone- this is your invitation to step towards peace and healing.
My approach is collaborative, with specializations in IFS, CPT, TF-CBT, DBT, ERP, Schema Therapy, art therapy, and somatic tools. Together, we’ll make sense of your past, build coping skills, and promote lasting growth. My own lived experience in foster care deepens my empathy and understanding for those navigating trauma, identity, and belonging.
I see clients ages 10+ across Maryland via telehealth. Outside of therapy, I enjoy coaching fencing, painting, and playing piano.
