Whether supporting a child in play therapy or helping parents strengthen their connection with their child, I offer a space where clients feel seen, valued, and understood. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and rooted in connection, helping clients build resilience and deeper self-awareness.
I specialize in working with children through play therapy and supporting individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, trauma, and parenting challenges. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from attachment theory. I incorporate trauma-informed techniques that support nervous system regulation, resourcing and healing.
The foundation of my work is the belief that every person (child or adult) deserves to feel understood, accepted, and supported.
