I believe that everyone has the ability to create a life that is meaningful and fulfilling. I have been in healthcare for over 40 years and a practicing psychologist for almost 30 years. I am now currently focusing my practice on working with adults that want to discover more about themselves and are willing to do the work to overcome negative patterns of thinking and implement strategies for enhancing positive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I am particularly excited to work with clients experiencing sleep difficulties, stress, anxiety, performance anxiety, writer's block, grief, and situational depression.
You can expect me to work just as hard for you as you work for yourself. I generally recommend a frequency of every 3-5 weeks, giving you time to implement the practices that we are talking about and to observe the benefits.
