My primary goal as a therapist is to help you find positive coping skills to further develop your strengths, insights, and joy in every day life. I bring authenticity, humor, and empathy to each and every session in my work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy in session and you’ll always leave with a goal; I want you to continue our work outside of sessions to allow for long-lasting changes as you become the most effective version of yourself.
My specialities include working with individuals with anxiety, panic disorder, and depression. I have experience in various levels of treatment including group private practice, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential settings.
