I strive to meet people where they are. My idea client would be someone who wants to explore and address the challenges they are facing. I am open to all ages and experiences. I provide direct supportive listening and goal setting. My office is a safe place to explore feelings, fears and trauma. I enjoy helping first responders, children, teens and families. I have a passion for neuro-divergent challenges such as Autism, Developmental Delays and ADHD.
I am trained in CBT, EMDR, and Child-development. I have extra knowledge in ADHD coaching, and Autism supports. I love to collaborate with your health team to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that will help you or your child achieve their goals. My clients tell me I am very easy to talk to and build rapport with.
I am available to listen, support and encourage you to be your best self. My intention is to create a safe space for you to explore yourself and the challenges you are facing. I believe in human connection that allows you to feel supported so you are not walking a new path alone.
