I am an LPC, Somatic Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and EMDR-trained clinician dedicated to supporting mind-body healing and emotional resilience. With a deep understanding of the nervous system and trauma recovery, I integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic practices, mindfulness, and movement to help clients reconnect with their bodies and cultivate lasting change.
Drawing from my training in EMDR, yoga, and somatic therapies, I create a compassionate, attuned space where you can safely explore patterns of stress, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs. My approach blends neuroscience, embodiment, and evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, attachment wounds, chronic stress and life transitions.
