Currently accepting new patients in-person in our Lubbock office as well as via video/online telehealth. My goal is to help you uncover your potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I have had extensive experience with providing individual, couple, and group therapy, being a clinical director in multiple settings, and a trainer/speaker for multiple clinical topics for corporate businesses, etc. Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) is used in our office to provide compassion and stimulating therapy to help facilitate the patient's recovery.
The incorporation of our therapy dog, through Animal Assisted Therapy, into the therapeutic process is to assist with the techniques and interventions used by the therapist. Working with a therapist may help provide insight, support, and new strategies for all types of life challenges. I look forward to working with you in achieving your goals.
