I deliver confidential and compassionate care designed to promote personal growth and well-being. My services include comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning for adults, adolescents and families addressing mental health concerns such as bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is supportive and affirming. I am currently accepting new clients. I provide services in both English and Spanish.. My services include comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and treatment planning for adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of psychiatric concerns. These may include bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, Crisis intervention, Bipolar disorder, trauma-related issues, and family or relationship difficulties.
In my practice treatment is tailored to each client's unique needs using evidence-based methods. These therapeutic approaches can be used individually or in combination, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy.
