About
There are times in life when our paths lead us off course and we find ourselves struggling with serious issues like negativity, depression, worry, anxiety, interpersonal relational issues, difficulty with co-workers or unfulfilling marriages. Some of us struggle with unresolved trauma from our past, leaving us feeling distant, disconnected and alone. No matter how difficult your current situation seems, I believe that it is always possible to get back on track and feel better. In my years specializing in domestic violence, eating disorders and trauma related therapy, I have helped individuals, couples and families overcome multiple obstacles.
I will work with you to help develop the strategies necessary to get back on a path that leads to increased happiness and fulfillment. Together, we will address issues you are facing and work to come through on the other side, empowering you to confidently take a new direction.
At Sacred Space Counseling you will have your specific needs met in a way that is collaborative, comfortable, and conscientious. I will work with you and for you to ensure that you are meeting therapeutic goals and moving towards becoming the person(s) you've always been capable of being.
