I'm a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming psychotherapist who works with adults and adolescents across a wide range of emotional challenges. As a Latinx, queer, cisgender man, I value creating a space that feels not only safe, but genuinely understood - especially for those whose identities and experiences haven't always been fully seen.
My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed psychodynamic framework, while integrating tools from CBT, ACT and DBT. This means we'll explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also developing practical ways to manage distress and create change in your life.
