Currently accepting new clients, only telehealth availability. Best form of contact is email. I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating trauma, life changes, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict & identity discovery. My framework is grounded in trauma & attachment theory and centers on the strengths, resilience, expertise & self-determination of my clients. I'm highly attentive to the roles individuals, institutions, and systems play & the impact they may have on healing. My style is rooted in person-centered, psychodynamic & feminist perspective which pulls on attachment, somatic and trauma modalities.
My style involves creating a warm, safe, and attentive space for you to feel seen and heard fully — mind, body, and soul. You can expect an experience where you are given opportunities to explore your inner world and this will evolve through the first few sessions as we get to know one another. Trust and safety is paramount to the healing relationship.
I hold experience and deep passion in working with young adults, immigrants and LGBTQI+ persons. I feel great honor and gratitude to witness my clients at their most vulnerable, boundless, fragmented, and vibrant. I've been working in the human service field for the past 15 years in acute, residential, in-home, outpatient, and long-term care settings
