They may be dealing with Grief and loss, big life changes, stress, anxiety or depression symptoms. Many have found that their once-helpful survival strategies no longer work and may even be counterproductive.I specialize in helping people identify and take small steps towards their goals, whether in their career, relationships, or personal growth. Together, we work to create positive, lasting change.
Through motivational interviewing and behavioral activation, I empower clients to achieve self-identified goals. My specialty lies in fostering self-esteem and motivation, guiding individuals to recognize their strengths and aspirations. Together, we'll navigate challenges, cultivate resilience, and create a roadmap for lasting positive change.
