I help anxious women in Frisco and across Texas heal from unresolved childhood and relational trauma that still shows up today as people-pleasing, poor boundaries, low confidence, and relationships that feel hard. So much of what you carry lives in the body, in how it braces for conflict and closeness, and that is where real change begins. We focus on getting to the root together, not just focusing on managing symptoms, so you can feel grounded, secure, and finally at peace.
As a wife and mother, I understand how the pressures of life, relationships, and expectations can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. With EMDR training and a focus on healing trauma, ADHD symptoms, and anxiety, I help people break free from emotional cycles and rediscover a sense of grounding, confidence, and connection—both within themselves.
