You might be going through a difficult life transition, experiencing relationship problems, or feeling overwhelmed and unable manage your stress. Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to work with someone who will provide you with the support and tools you need to create change, feeling more insightful, aware, and grounded. I have extensive experience helping individuals and couples work on finding/maintaining healthy, satisfying relationships. I aid my clients in recognizing the way their past experiences, neurotypes, and relationships shape the way they see themselves, affect their emotional well-being, and how they relate to others.
My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming. I have a passion for and expertise in supporting late-diagnosis autistic and ADHD teens/adults, those who are questioning possible neurodivergence, partners/spouses of neurodivergent people, individuals needing support as they’re navigating caregiving and parenting.
I believe that it takes both therapist and client actively working together to create a genuine, positive, productive experience. My style is inquisitive, warm, and direct, and I believe humor is healing. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, mindful self-compassion, and tapping (EFT), depending on my client's individual needs.
