This world is hard: systems are oppressive, relationships and communities are complex and our individual survival strategies within all these dynamics are incredibly varied. Therapy is a space that we build together to reflect on what is happening for you, to process the road that led you here and to set in place obtainable, sustainable response strategies.
I come to this work with a real curiosity and care for the human condition. I am energized by connection and use liberatory harm reduction as the cornerstone framing for all therapies I offer. I have a background in grassroots community organizing, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ communities and for housing justice.
I like to think of myself as a thought partner and the therapy space as one of connection through exploration, vulnerability and compassion. What we do in the therapy space is collaborative but guided by you, your experiences and what you are looking for.
