My approach is collaborative, practical, and human. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to help you better understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and move toward what matters most to you.

With nearly a decade of experience as a social worker, I offer support that’s not only informed and evidence-based, but also down-to-earth and genuinely collaborative.
