I offer clients a comprehensive toolkit to navigate the complexities of emotions and thoughts, and work collaboratively to balance self-acceptance with growth. I am passionate about working with queer and neurodivergent individuals as well as clients with a history of trauma who are looking for emotion regulation skills and mindful somatic practices.
