We all have our unique stories, and taking authorship of them allows us to understand and develop our identities, discover more effective ways of interacting authentically with the world, and choose new paths to live happier and more meaningful lives. This may mean different things to each of us, but my goal as your counselor will be to learn about what is meaningful to YOU and collaborate with you to understand your past, find more peace and enjoyment in the present, and create a path to the future you want for yourself.
I am an LPCC in Colorado and I am passionate about working with young adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, people dealing with chronic illness or disabilities, people with current or past experiences of religious trauma or spiritual abuse, and many others from all walks of life!
Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or something else, your story is still being written, and I'm here to listen without judgement and help you along your healing journey.
