There comes times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed. During these times, our relationships with ourselves and others are important but can become stressed. Having a relationship with a person who has an objective perspective willing to walk through these times, allows us a safe place to relieve our stress, regain our strength, and grow. I use a strengths-based approach to help find you new ways of connecting and behaving in your life. I focus on family systems by aiding you/ your partner in strengthening your relationship. I also focus on exploring your inner strength and learn how to take care of the relationship within.

I earned a B.A. in psychology at Texas State University in 2015 and continued with the institution to earn my M.A. in professional counseling in 2018. I am trained in Gottman Therapy, animal-assisted therapy, and telemental health. I am interested in relationships (couples and families) and helping individuals cope with life transitions.

I am an authentic, understanding, and holistic counselor. From my experiences I know the importance of having a safe, non-judgmental space to express yourself to learn and grow. I rely on you to collaborate with me to create your personal counseling journey.
