Building a Stronger, More Loving Relationship
Romantic relationships can be both meaningful and joyful, but not without challenges. They're often great in the beginning but start to get more complicated as you grow closer. You get into arguments and aren’t sure why. You try to compromise, but the same disagreements come up. Believe it or not, this is extremely common. This group is a space to share your concerns, get support, and learn from each other. We’ll help you recognize your own relationship patterns and practice new skills. This is an 8-week group, scheduled to start September 23, 2024 depending on enrollment.

Depression: Finding Support and Resilience
This is an 8-week virtual support group for adults living with depression. We’ll explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors common in depression. We’ll identify commonalities and what makes our personal experience unique. We’ll experiment with new perspectives and practice new ways of thinking and behaving. Depression is hard and there are no easy answers, but that doesn’t mean you have to go through it alone. This is a space where we can find compassion and support and discover our inner strength and resilience. Group is scheduled to start September 24, 2024 depending on enrollment.
