Focusing on internal and external factors, communication skills, and goals, my clients learn how to reincorporate purpose and acceptance into their daily lives, identify and remove unnecessary negative influences, communicate more effectively (both in self-talk and with others), and live the truest version of their lives possible. I will support with you compassion and empathy as you work toward your goals.
I completed my master’s degree in counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake and became a licensed school counselor in Texas. I spent over twenty years as a high school counselor. At some point, I decided to leave the school system and move to private therapy. Currently, I am an LPC-Associate being supervised by Clara Monroe, LPC-S.
