The first step in your journey towards authentic self-growth is finding the right therapist. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking growth and change in their lives. My work revolves around individuals and families who are struggling with their trauma, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety, as well as the many everyday barriers that make life a little less bright and and a little more difficult. Together we can identify your goals and build the necessary skills to overcome life's many obstacles and challenges.
I utilize a strengths-based, systems focused approach to treatment and implement various evidenced-based modalities into my practice including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Focused Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Life is challenging and I welcome all who are wanting to take the next step towards meaningful, lasting change. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey.
