I have experience with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and PTSD, grieving, loss and relational problems. I work to understand the underlying areas that contribute to suffering and help reveal useful perspectives that encourage insight and growth.
I have also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as an additional modality for addressing various traumas and PTSD. We will work in a variety of ways, incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques, body awareness and mind-body connection, where useful.

Artists/Creatives Support Group
This is an open group for people in the creative arts. We will discuss the challenges of your field and work, and how to help support one another, given the challenges. We will also help, challenge and encourage one another in creative process. The needs of the group can change and additional issues or concerns can be addressed as well.
