In my work I have been very successful in working with clients who have trauma histories and or multigenerational trauma . I have been able to support clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, perfectionistic thinking, negative self talk, children raised by narcissistic parents, codependency, negative self image, and anger management. I work with clients to find the root core beliefs that result in these symptoms and help support them in gaining a greater understanding of themselves.
I use a person centered approach. That means that I start with where the client is at. I offer multiple disciplines of therapeutic approach and allow the client to pick and choose what works best for them.
Many clients are afraid of being judged, some prefer phone sessions which I accommodate. The most important thing I provide is a non-judgmental and open interaction. I am here to support my clients and guide them from struggle to success.
