As a therapist and Certified Parent Coach with over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting teens and their families through life’s challenges. My work has included individual and group therapy for both teens and adults, leading parent support groups, and designing parent education programs in a residential treatment setting for adolescents.
