I use many types of therapeutic techniques (EMDR, CBT, etc) that help you slow down the hectic realities of life and find balance and direction in your journey. In our sessions, we will hold a space of no judgement when you can unpack all of the expectations and stressors of your daily life.
It's difficult to find a therapist that fits just right. I approach my space with an anti racist framework, supporting folx from many different races, sexualities, and genders.
