I am a holistic, trauma-informed therapist and work across the lifespan to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. I hope to offer a warm and supportive environment where you and I can partner together to support your unique growth and well-being.
I provide and utilize coping skill suggestions to balance the deeper process work of therapy with practical skills to use in daily life, and regularly integrate Mindfulness Techniques and EFT Tapping to support the well-being of my clients.
