We all have an intrinsic desire to move towards a sense of wholeness, which is achieved through psychological awareness, self-acceptance, and self-knowledge. This process takes courage, insight, vulnerability, and perspective-taking. The goal of therapy is to identify and examine areas that are no longer aligned, provide an opportunity to reflect upon them, and make changes that are aligned in the direction you wish to move. It is natural for humans to recreate what we know, reenact patterns relationally, which become normalized and even anticipated.
My role is to guide the journey inward to wrestle with, resolve and heal ingrained belief-systems that inform our thoughts, feelings and actions. As the work continues to evolve, we explore the crevices of the human experience and the subtle energetic and emotional levels that are no longer congruent, to aid in identifying a true sense of self.
As a psychodynamic creative clinician, I am experienced in doing depth work, and draw upon concepts from energy psychology, transpersonal work, IFS, and mindfulness with a client-centered orientation. My specialties are in women’s health; specifically pregnancy and postpartum transitions, perimenopause, relational dynamics and available for LPC supervision.
