Do you struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, mood swings, dissociation, or other aspects of your emotional health? These experiences can leave us feeling stuck. I'm here to support you in your journey of understanding and addressing these concerns. My approach incorporates a feminist perspective, and begins with collaboration and connection. I want to take time to explore your goals and obstacles, while also getting to know you as a person. You are the expert on your life, so I view therapy as a collaborative team approach that allows me to act as a supportive guide.
I use several approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, and expressive arts to support healing and post-traumatic growth. It is my priority to use effective brain and body-based interventions, while supporting you in connecting with your strengths and inner knowing so that you are able to fully benefit from time spent working with me.
If you have questions about whether this would be a good fit, or what working together may look like, you are welcome to schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss treatment options. Stress and trauma come in many forms, and the way that those experiences affect you today matters. I wish you well, and look forward to speaking with you!

I often use ego state therapy, which supports clients in getting acquainted with and understanding different parts or sides of themselves. This can benefit clients in many ways, such as increasing personal insight, working through inner conflicts, finding the source of uncomfortable or confusing thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, and more.
