I am currently accepting new clients for a virtual Sexual Trauma group for women on Tuesdays at 5pm. The group focuses on community and expressive arts as a means for emotional processing. I am also taking on new clients for individual telehealth services and I specialize in treating anxiety (OCD, Social Anxiety), trauma (PTSD, sexual trauma), and co-occuring substance use disorders. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and person-centered modalities.

I listen for strengths, values, and goals my clients care about to help them organize their thoughts. I offer a safe space to verbalize fears, identify emotions, vent, cry, challenge yourself, and heal. I enjoy helping people find direction and creating realistic game plans.

Together, we’ll explore emotions, reconnect with identity, and reclaim your voice. Common trauma responses like guilt, shame, anxiety, or challenges with trust, intimacy, or sleep are welcomed with compassion. The group focuses on creative expression, normalizing trauma responses, releasing self-blame, building safer relationships and boundaries, coping with triggers, staying grounded, and finding strength in shared connection.
