I draw on both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and circumstances. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, coping with illness, relationship challenges, career issues, and work–life balance. I also provide couples counseling.
My education includes a bachelor's from Penn State University and a doctorate from Northwestern University. I completed my clinical internship at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and served over 5 years as a Staff Psychologist in their PTSD clinic. I am currently a faculty member at Northwestern University.
