You’re here because something isn’t quite right. Maybe it’s your relationship with someone or maybe it is your relationship with yourself. You know you want to be a better parent, partner, or person, you’re just not sure how to get there. Unfortunately, we have tricky brains and histories of relational experiences that cloud our judgment and cause big emotions and reactions when a smaller one would've sufficed.
And that is where our work together comes in. I’m here to provide a brain-based, attachment-driven framework for you to understand your body and your being. A place for you to feel safe, seen, and heard so that you can harness the wisdom of your body and your ability to heal within relationships.
I specialize in supporting adults, parents, and children 0-6yo as they heal their attachments - both inter-generational and from early life trauma - especially those impacted by adoption (adult adoptees/adopting parent).
