I work with adults navigating life transitions, mood challenges, and the impact of earlier experiences. Many of the people I see are thoughtful and self-aware, and still find themselves repeating patterns.
My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic and attachment-based perspective. Together, we look at the present and these patterns—how they developed, what they may be protecting, and why they can be hard to shift.
We make space to slow things down and develop a different relationship with your internal experience, learning how to stay with yourself more honestly and compassionately instead of immediately trying to fix or push away what you’re feeling.
At the same time, we build a life that feels more meaningful and connected in the present. Creating more purpose, joy, and stability in everyday life helps support the deeper work underneath.
