Hi there! I’m licensed in Massachusetts and I specialize with working with children (ages 5+), families, adults and I am a proud ally to the LGBTQI+ community. I have assisted individuals with a variety of mental health needs including, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, conduct disorders, neurodevelopment disorders, and trauma and stressor related disorders.
I utilize a variety of different treatment approaches that best suit a client’s needs and am passionate about creating an environment of safety, comfort and vulnerability.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity and collaboration. I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust, mutual respect and humor when appropriate. Sessions with me may combine a variety of approaches like art and play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed care.
