Much of my work with clients focuses on enhancing and building healthy relationships with others and with themselves. I can help you better attune to your own attachment wounding and ego based habitual functioning to move towards more value based living. I am an active participant in sessions and will challenge you to look at blind spots and to grow, even when it can be uncomfortable. I have extensive training and experience in working with psychedelic medicines and offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy in person and virtually when appropriate.
The relationships I cultivate with my clients are deep and authentic spaces for healing. We will laugh together while creating a container where your deepest repressed parts and insecurities can be explored and integrated while strengthening your ability to have ego flexibility amidst stress. Neurodivergent identifying clients are warmly welcomed.
