I've been doing this work for over 27 years, and connecting with people is still my favorite thing to do. I work with teenagers who are struggling, young adults figuring out who they are, and adults navigating life's messier chapters — transitions, relationships, family dynamics, and the quiet question of "am I living the life I want?" My approach is warm, curious, and without judgment. I draw from psychodynamic, DBT, and strengths-based frameworks, tailoring each session to you. I also run process groups and lead The Wellness Collective — a team of eight clinicians in Hermosa Beach. I'd love to help you feel like yourself again.

My specialty areas include working with adolescents, young adults, and families around issues of family conflict, body image, decision making, social skills training, depression, anxiety, loss, and finding their voice. I love helping adults navigate mid-life. I have my CGP and have expertise running and supervising interpersonal process groups.

Open-ended group for High School girls to help increase social skills, communication skills, and coping skills. Aim to assist with identity formation and decision making, boost self-esteem, and incorporate stress reduction/relaxation/meditation techniques. Together we explore the common struggles of this season of parenting: managing anxiety, finding the balance between holding on and letting go, navigating conflict and communication breakdowns, trusting yourself when you feel like you're failing, coping with your teen's struggles without losing yourself, decreasing isolation, and learning to take care of you while still showing up for them.
