We know that a transformation can happen when we want to change for ourselves. We need to believe in ourselves enough to know that a change is possible. I want to help my clients feel better by understanding themselves. I strive to be a therapist who is competent, ethical and compassionate. I have been a clinical social worker since 2002 and I have been grateful to work with families, couples, adults and children. I use humor and warmth to build connection. I use an intersectional lens. My specialities are estrangement and anxiety. I explore how people came to be estranged, how it feels to be estranged and what impact it has on them. I have experience in helping clients navigate the complexities of going no contact and healing in the midst of the ambiguous loss. I am a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
