Are you hoping to improve your relationship with yourself and others? I am a relational therapist who approaches therapy from a gentle, yet direct, place to help clients find hope in the midst of suffering using trauma-informed care. My practice is informed by a belief that all humans are worthy of compassion and acceptance, and I invite my clients to show up exactly as who they are. I work with adult individuals with issues related to relational and attachment trauma, stress, anxiety, perfectionism, perinatal mental health, fertility/infertility, romantic relationships, and sexual health. I work with couples adjusting to becoming new parents, navigating intimacy, and struggling with communication issues.
I have completed training in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and utilize both methods to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and negative views of self. I am a MN-board approved supervisor for therapists pursuing LMFT and LPCC licensure.
