Hi, I'm Leah. Is everything just too much? Are you anxious or irritable, depressed or hopeless? You can get better and you can get help! Whether you are experiencing a loss, going through a life transition or just needing a listening ear, therapy can be instrumental in working through life's challenges. Seeking therapy can be hard but it is a sign you are ready to improve your life and your mental health!
I'm passionate about walking through difficult times with my clients and empowering them to make lasting changes. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 10 years of experience, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them improve their lives. I utilize a strengths-based approach and incorporate many evidence-based techniques into my work.
My formative years as a therapist, included working with at-risk children and adolescents in several Chicago Public Schools. I also have experience in medical and dental social work.
