I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults ages 18+. I specialize in anxiety, depression, childhood and adult trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, substance dependence, self-harm/suicidal ideation and severe and persistent mental illness. I have experience in mental health crisis, co-responding and have worked in a hospital and various correctional settings over the past decade.

I take a participatory, interactive and engaged role in therapy, offering active feedback, guidance and collaboration. I combine various evidenced-based therapeutic interventions dependent on clients' needs. I strive to gain a deep understanding of your unique experiences while establishing a safe and trusting environment for you to express your true self.

I offer a non-judgmental and safe space to help you explore emotions relating to problems and teach you new ways of communicating, viewing the situation and managing your feelings.
