I view therapy as a collaborative journey where you can discover new ways of connecting with yourself, others, and the world around you. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to challenge limiting beliefs, heal from past pain, and embrace your own inner truth with confidence. My approach is eclectic and holistic, informed by my training as a yoga practitioner, functional medicine health coach, and herbalist. I draw on techniques across approaches including attachment and Polyvagal theories, mindfulness, IFS, Emotion-focused therapy, Depth and archetypal psychologies, CBT, DBT, and transpersonal and existential psychologies.
I specialize in integrating traditional talk therapy with somatic body-based techniques to help people reconnect with their bodies, empower them to regulate emotions and navigate moments of intense stress with greater ease. Through bringing mindfulness back into the body, we can pave the way for deeper growth and transformation.
My work is grounded in seeking balance between the mind, body, and spirit. The best place to start is from exactly where you are.
