While my specialties are ADHD, ASD, anxiety and panic disorders, and parental support, I mainly just enjoy connecting with folks who have identified that therapy might be helpful for them. I like building relationships and getting to know people through the therapeutic lens. I believe that a safe space wherein someone can be vulnerable and authentic is the strongest foundation for healing. My therapeutic demeanor is casual and warm, and I love nothing more than helping someone feel seen, heard, and like there's a path forward.
I specialize in ADHD, ASD, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Life Transitions, Parental Support around mental health disorders and neurodivergence, including PDA, and Sex and Intimacy Issues. I welcome clients ranging from 13 years of age into adulthood and I am a neurodivergent- and PDA-affirming therapist (PDANA).
I am committed to creating safe, developed relationships with my clients. I believe that therapy is most successful when clients feel comfortable being exactly who they are and is meant to support each individual journey by building on a person’s existing strengths. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and sincere appreciation for each individual.
