Announcement icon To keep in compliance of Oregon COVID-19 guidelines, I ask that each client wear a mask in the waiting/reception area.
I utilize a mind-body-spirit, holistic approach to therapy. Whether this be your first time coming to therapy or you are coming back again, welcome. Therapy takes courage, strength and curiosity. My approach is strength-based and client focused. I believe therapy to be a two-way therapeutic relationship - collaborative and in time building trust together in which we both work towards your goals.
I am specialty trained in two specific therapies - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP). I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Existentialism and Attachment Theory. Also I am a Kundalini Reiki Master and Verditas-Trained Labyrinth Facilitator.
As we begin this journey together I will attempt to tailor my approach to better fit your needs and facilitate healing through unconditional support, reflective listening, validation and a psychodynamic approach.
